Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using AppsVault AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the service. These Terms constitute a binding contract under the Israeli Contract Law (General Part), 5733-1973.

2. About the Service

AppsVault AI is operated by TLG Systems LTD. We provide an AI-powered SaaS platform including tools such as Profile Page IQ, Meetflow IQ, and Brand Forge IQ. These services are available via individual purchases or subscription plans as detailed on the platform.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time charge as specified at checkout. All payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do **NOT** store your credit card information on our systems. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Users in Israel may see ILS reference prices (₪). All prices include VAT where applicable by law.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@tlg.co.il within 30 days of the initial payment date. Refunds are not available for one-time purchases after the digital product has been accessed or downloaded. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of policy abuse.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time. No partial refunds are provided for used billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws in the State of Israel or any other jurisdiction.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with service operations.
• Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or spam-related activities.
• Resell or sublicense the service without express written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

AppsVault AI and all underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by TLG Systems LTD. AI-generated outputs created by you using our tools are owned by you, subject to your compliance with these terms and an active subscription where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, TLG Systems LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv or Central districts of Israel.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
